When some people are overwhelmed, have been struggling for a long time, and everything seems too much, it can be hard to remember all the things they love and reason to keep going.  In fact, some people who have this experience may begin to wonder "why should I live?"

  85. You are not alone in your struggle. It's estimated that 1 in 5 people live with a mental illness. That means that you are not alone in what you're going through – there are millions of people who understand what you're going through and can offer support.

  87. There is beauty in the world worth living for. Even on the darkest of days, there are still things that bring light into our lives. The sound of an ocean wave rolling onto the shore, a child's laughter, or simply watching the sun rise can provide moments of joy and peace. 

  88. Your life has value. Every single person's life has value and purpose. You may not know what yours is, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. Some people care about you and need you in their lives.

  102. Your cells are continually regenerating, which means you constantly change and progress at the cellular level.

  103. There is still a lot for you to do and try.

  104. God hears your cries ~ Psalm 34:17-18

  105. There is still a lot of the world to see.

  106. Hard times don't last forever, even though it feels like they might.

  107. Cake. . . coffee. . . and fuzzy socks and other things that provide you comfort.

  108. Every morning is a reminder that God's grace has been renewed for another day.
