Welcome! My areas of focus are in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, spiritual abuse, and living with chronic pain & illness. I am certified in Telemental Health & offer therapy through my office, phone & video chat. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) & Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). I believe in healing the holistic person (emotional, physical, spiritual, & relational). When one is off, the others suffer. My desire is to guide my clients to make sense of their story, be celebrated for who they are & give them the tools they need to heal & thrive. You deserve to be seen & heard!
I have specialized training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory & creative interventions (art, music, play and sandtray therapy) to help alleviate distressing symptoms such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and pain within the nervous system. These are great modalities when we don't have words for our experiences and/or when talk therapy isn't enough.
