I have years of working with women in various settings and capacities, and I am continually inspired and encouraged by the courage and tenacity I see in the women I work with. My experience locally and internationally has taught me a deep respect for the strength of women as I have walked with them through trauma and grief, joy and sorrow, beauty and ashes. Through warmth, empathy, and encouragement, I will partner with you in walking through life's challenges.
All my sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. No one person is the same, no experience is the same, which is why you deserve a counselor who values your individuality. I treat the whole person, with full belief that my clients have everything they need within them. Your story is unique and valuable. I work with you at the pace you are comfortable with, and together we will work on your goals that align with your values. As a Christian with training in Biblical Counseling, I have found that incorporating biblical and faith principles into treatment has been helpful for client, if and when they choose to have this be a part of therapy.
