I am so glad you're here. I know your pain is heavy, but you don't have to carry it alone. No matter what you're going through, I am here to listen to your story, acknowledge your pain and support you through it.
My passion is helping hurting people find hope and healing. I primarily work with adults and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and other mental health issues. I also specialize in body image therapy and Christian counseling, and offer online therapy for individuals in WA state.
My approach is personal, collaborative and empowering. I believe that you have a unique story that is beautifully complex and intricate. During hardship, pain often takes the pen of your story and tries to distort your reality. My role is to help you take back the pen and rewrite your story.
