I help people who feel stuck to find more peace and enjoyment in life. I am a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in anxiety and have experience in helping clients with panic attacks, OCD, stressful life transitions, postpartum mood disorders, and depression. Many of my clients have met goals like reducing panic attacks and rumination, as well as improving relationships, sleep, and acceptance. I look forward to hearing your story, struggles, and helping you meet your goals.
I am a Bible believing Christian. I am happy to work with clients that are interested in incorporating their faith into therapy with Christian Counseling. I work from a whole person perspective, where I take into consideration how ALL parts of your life (biological, psychological, social, and spiritual) affect your mental health. We will review your concerns, symptoms, current stresses, as well as your habits in an effort to see where you would like to direct your goals.
