About Donielle Turner, MS, LBS

I am a Licensed Behavior Specialist committed to bringing quality behavior and emotional support to my clients.

I have worked in various sectors of education, behavioral health, mental health, and public policy for over a decade, with my work spanning across mental health clinics, partial and inpatient psychiatric hospitals, therapeutic day and extended treatment programs, outpatient therapy practices (public and privately owned), public, charter, and parochial schools, and mid-to-large sized corporations throughout the country.

I help clients thrive beyond adversity, focus on solutions, and maximize their potential through specific behavior and mental health focused tasks. I provide behavior and mental health-focused services to help decrease behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges and increase positive coping skills and daily functioning. I aim to assist clients in developing the necessary skills for productive engagement in a variety of life areas, including family, school, and community.

I am not in the business of "fixing.” I believe that every individual has a unique set of qualities, characteristics, and needs that are sometimes unable to flourish. It is my goal to enhance my client's positive qualities while working to reduce, find solutions for, and eliminate challenging behaviors and concerns. Working with a variety of clients (infants, toddlers, preschoolers, young children, and emerging adults) I help to equip them with skills and tools that will facilitate healthy growth and development and create opportunities for lifelong success!
