We offer counseling services to older adults and caregivers. During this pandemic, we serve those in need with a special interest to assist those living in isolation. We can provide you with a listening ear. Are you feeling overwhelmed with trying to manage your life? Do you feel unworthy or undervalued in your personal life or at work? Are you consumed by thoughts of dread? Do you have racing thoughts at night that interfere with your sleep? We will discuss your current thought patterns, how to change them, and utilize your strengths to move forward.
*Although the older adult population is our target group, we also work with adults that have experienced miscarriages.*
