I have years of clinical experience helping people understand their wants, needs, and feelings. Many of my clients struggle with depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, general anxiety, social anxiety, and/or dissatisfaction in various areas of their lives among other life stressors. I am also earnest and sincere in my walk as a Christian. Combining these allows me to support you in your journey toward mental wellness while honoring your beliefs.
