I think that counseling is like exploring. We are exploring your life, looking at it from different angles, aspects, & asking questions along the way. I know that counseling can be daunting, but so very helpful if you allow it to be. It allows for your discovery, your change, your growth. It challenges the very parts of you that otherwise would be left unseen. I am a spirit-filled counselor who loves God and loves to see people do well. I know that healing needs to take place in order for growth and change to occur, it’s not one thing, it is God and healing, God and therapy, God and you. Healing takes work, you are worth the effort.
I enjoy working with people who struggle with their worth, stress from daily life, anxiety, and low self-esteem. You can also count me in for social skills, and for adults questioning their spirituality.
