For the last twenty years, I have devoted myself to enhancing the well-being others. I provide short term therapy that is designed to “lift the weight off your shoulder” within the first session. My flexibility has allowed me to engage in a range of positions, both volunteer and work related; thus, heightening my overall experience. I have been committed to empowering individuals with the tools to use their inner strength to overcome those stumbling blocks within.

 I work diligently to empower resiliency and promote self-sufficiency, providing individual therapy, facilitating psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and strength based therapy as well.
 
My commitment is to assist in developing resiliency and promote self-sufficiency to those who struggle to find their place in life, family ,and community. This is done through
many forms of therapeutic models of development. In all my positions I have established a reputation of  excellence in my ability to use my communication skills to develop a rapport that allows me to be most effective in helping others.

I have worked in the therapeutic community for over 20 years. Through trust, honesty and confidentiality, my goal is to. I aim to develop self-sufficiency, sustainability, and resiliency to allow individuals to meet the challenges of life well after engaging with this agency.

I specialize in people by providing individual, mental health, drug and alcohol, family and couple’s therapy. I offer as empathic and non-judgmental space to allow you to share your thoughts and concerns with expectation to get results.
