Hello! I’m Rosemary, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor accepting new clients in Davie, Florida. I enjoy working with couples and individuals to offer hope while helping them achieve their goals. Davie christian counseling

I specialize in the areas of relationships, trauma, grief, anxiety, life stressors, and personal growth. With couples I use the Gottman Method to help build the foundation of a new relationship or strengthen a seasoned relationship. I also apply evidenced-based techniques primarily from the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.

My goal is to create a compassionate space for each person to feel safe pursuing health, healing, and personal growth. I believe ultimate and complete healing of the soul takes place through salvation in Christ. I am happy to integrate Christian scripture, prayer, and beliefs into the therapy process.

I believe that Jesus Christ accomplished forgiveness for sin with his sacrifice on the cross. Salvation and eternal life is available by grace and through faith in Jesus. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
