I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals so they can experience peace within and joyful connection with others. I am a certified eating disorders specialist and work with clients who struggle with negative body image and a harmful relationship to food. I am also trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, an intervention to reprocess traumatic memories. I teach skills to help people manage their emotions and overcome patterns that have kept them stuck in shame and painful negativity. I offer in person sessions, telehealth and walk and talk therapy.
I earned my doctorate at Trinity College of Graduate Studies, where the emphasis was on the integration of psychology and Christian spirituality.
