I love to support women as they are navigating challenges in their lives. Women are great nurturers and yet they feel like they have to put themselves last and not seeking out help when it's needed.
I have learned though personal challenges in life, that it's best to have a space where you can talk about the hard and painful things, the things that you are so afraid to say for fear that you will be judged. I want to be that container where you can unload, unafraid and unashamed because you will receive acceptance and positive regard. As a daughter of the Most High God, you are deserving of all the dignity that was bestowed on you by God!
In my practice, I encourage women that they don't have to go through these difficult times alone. It's OK to ask for help.There is Hope and peace is available to you too!
